Who would win the hearts of hair fetishists the world over? Kate Middleton is official British royalty but Kate Beckinsale is Hollywood royalty. Does anyone wish to announce a preference? Hopefully it won't sway any voters' minds (or other appendages ), but Ms. Beckinsale's birthday is Saturday (born in 1973--you do the math). At least we can hope that our faithful Chris will again honor (or, befitting her English origin, "honour") Ms. Beckinsale with one of his inimitable pictorial tributes (which invariably end up being treats for the ladies' hair acolytes as much as for the birthday girls, themselves !
